Thank you all! I just about fell over when the sun finally came out and I saw the sparkle in direct sunlight. I wonder if it has something to do with how exposed the stone is? I really have no idea, but it's been fun to watch it different lighting all day. In sunlight it is actually super white.

I registered just to comment on your post today! After sending my fiance *several* different MoissaniteCo rings (each time saying, I swear it's this one!) I finally found this splendid setting. Then a friend found this post and I am ecstatic to see a pic of it IRL. I can't get over how much light this minimalist setting lets in, it really does make such a huge difference to be able to see the whole stone.
