How much is a used Asha stone worth? It is a 7.5 mm OEC and was set in a ring for about a year.The girl that has it told me to make her an offer.I don't know how much to offer her for it.I don't want to offer her too little for it or too much. What would a fair offer be?

I would maybe pay 2/3 is I really wanted it and it was sold out elsewhere, or 1/2 if it was readily available.

I would only pay 1/3, maybe 1/2 if it was perfect with no scratches/chips/damage.

Maximum 1/2 price here too... but in this market, selling anything for more than 1/2 the original price is difficult to do. Especially taking a risk that it's scratched as it's been in a ring for a year.
