The ones they make at Disneyland should be illegal! They are done "mound" style (to look like the Matterhorn) and are moist and the coconut is cut thick, my personal preference. The kicker is that they let them bake until they are brown and the sugar has carmalized. You get a carmely, crunchy, sweet, moist piece of heaven in your mouth! They drizzle instead of dunk chocolate so you just get a hint of chocolate and the macaroon gets to be the star.
Ok, I need to go to Disneyland now!
