Hello Sparkle Sisters The last time I made a thread you guys all helped me to pin down an idea for a cheapy stand-in e-ring with an antique stone. I've decided I want to go with Chris CZ because it is so cheap and I can buy as many back-up stones as I might need for the future. & I'm going to be putting it in a Poppy solitaire at some point when I have a bit of extra money. I'm sort of caught between the transitional, OEC, and the OMC cuts. Any pictures? Also, the range of colors would help as well (ie: warm H, champagne, classic white etc..)! Thank you!

Thanks guys! So far I think I'm especially drawn to the OMC cut I expected to love the OEC the most, but after getting used to my teeny tiny Amora OEC culet, the large culet on the OEC from Chris just seems too large. Crazy to hear myself saying that, as I used to fancy the largest culets imaginable! lol

Crazy to hear myself saying that, as I used to fancy the largest culets imaginable! lol the most recent batches of OEC ChrisCZs have tiny culets. i don't like them, so i don't have any of them. :P new batch of Light Champagne OEC -8mm - with peepsy culet: first batch of warm white OEC -7.5mm - with delicious honkin' culet (photo taken from an angle, cut isn't wonky like it looks) :

Funny you mention this. I just ordered a bunch of ChrisCZ's to get an idea for stone sizes and cuts and was wondering if pix would be helpful to anyone else. I also got an OMC in my order. It is very cushiony. I will take a pic of it tomorrow for you and post.

That would be very sweet of you, pimpmyring! & Dana, I think it's so funny that I have come to like the smaller culets. I'm not sure how that happened, as I used to feel a kindred connections with you as my large-culet sister hehe Olive, I was wondering about that when I watched it and I must have forgotten to say something lol. I was thinking "those look an aweful lot like cushions, and maybe even modern faceted." I'll have to re-watch.
