I would resize until she has stopped losing weight... Why resize if she plans to keep losing?

I just bought some of the ring snuggies two weeks ago for a ring that isn't really an 8 like it is supposed to be. I thought it would be uncomfortable, and the first day or so, it kind of was. Then the plastic got much, much softer and pliable and now I never even notice it's on. I always wear the ring with the snuggie with another band, so that may be helping. I got them for like $5 for a 6 pk at Walmart. Cheap fix and I can wear the ring I love!

I have started wearing my 10K white gold 2.5 mm plain wedding band that I use around the house so I don't destroy my engagement ring (Asha). I too lost a little weight and it showed first thing in my fingers (dah! - couldn't have been my butt or thighs, oh no, that would be too nice) so now I wear both the engagement ring and band even though I'm not married yet. Keeps my ring from turning/being loose.

For resize your ring, you can contact with local jeweller who can solve this problem. This is resizing process and in this process you can get your finger size ring after modification.

snuggies sound like a good idea until you are finished loosing weight. Why pay to resize more than once if you can get used to them.

I have found a solution. Sometimes my rheumatoid arthritis flares up and my hands swell. I went to Ace Hardware and bought their store brand of clear silicone ($8). You clean the ring, squeeze some on the lower part of the band. If it's like mine, it will be uneven. Wipe off any that is on the sides. Let it dry overnight. It will then be flexible so it will give a little. If you get it too tight, you can either pull it off and redo or take cuticle scissors and trim it. It stays on for several wearings but I would not wear it in the shower. You can redo it cheap enough if it comes off. It doesn't work on cheap costume jewelry.

You make little sizing beads with that? That is so creative wink
