I am trying to contact a seller and all messages r being sent back to me as undeliverable. Wondered if anyone else is having any trouble?
We've moved to a dedicated email server for DiamondBistro now (seperate from the new cloud server that runs the site itself) and that should correct any issues.
Basically, because DiamondBistro was sending emails on behalf of other people, some places like Yahoo.com were interpreting it as hijacked/spam emails and blocking them.
The new setup sends things under a separate DiamondBistro dedicated email server and address and from a matching MX server, so other servers will be clear it is legit email and not block.
Now, if the user simply put in an invalid user email by accident..then that won't help things though
