Hi all,
We've moved DiamondBistro.com's email system to a new and dedicated mail server distinct from the cloud server the site runs on.

This was to fix the issues where some users were not receiving email notifications when they had user messages inside the Bistro system.

The reason was that under the prior setup, some sites such as yahoo.com interpreted these emails as spam and blocked...I'll skip the longer explanation for why, but anyway, with the dedicated setup this should not occur again.

Anyway, emails will now arrive as expected and via the 'Sender' account on DiamondBistro. You can hit reply and it will go back to the original person and not the DB mail system.

Note that you'll still want to login to check messages in case some emails were put into your spam folder, but overall the success rate of the email notifications should be significantly higher.

As always, all messages are available under your account directly, but having these same messages copied and arriving to your email inbox will be a big help for ease of monitoring your listings response.

FINALLY! The mail glitch seems to be fixed - YaY! I haven't received emails for a long time - always had to check within DB to see if I had messages ...Now, another question...I bought "tokens" the first day this option was available, and I tried to renew a listing and wasn't given the option to pay for it with the "tokens" I have available? Any hints/instructions on how to use these to pay for listings? The only choice I had was to put in my credit card info confused There was no *button* to click for anything but a credit card confused

Re: tokens - these have to be used at the cart view screen, and not the checkout page itself....I think that is poor design myself and we'll see about fixing it, but that's why they don't show on the checkout page proper.

Thus, the tokens have to be used at the shopping cart view, before you click on checkout...

If you click on checkout, then you've gone to far and at least right now the actual checkout page doesn't handle the tokens (which I think is bad design and we'll work on fixing).

Anyway, that's why you couldn't use them - the way they have setup the tokens is to be used in the cart view before checkout, which will then process those items without needing to go to the checkout page.

Sorry for any confusion on this - I agree the design here needs improving, but let me know if you are not able to use the tokens at this point knowing that you have to use them in the cart view and not the checkout page.

I reset your tokens to see if that will force it trigger for you...everything else looks correct.

Just email if that does not correct and Happy 4th!

Help! I'm having the same trouble. I bought some tokens, but I don't have the button on my shopping cart to use the tokens- and now my expired listing has disappeared!

It's still not working crazy I've tried numerous times, in many different ways and .............no cigar! cry If it would only let you click on the blue "# of tokens" thingie, right? But, it never shows up in the "cart" to allow you to use it cool I emailed Less this morning after trying it again...hopefully will be corrected soon?
