Oh, Shiloh is really lovely. She was a rescue and had been in the centre for about a year, she wouldn't come near you at first. It took her almost a year until she'd sit next to you on the sofa - and now? I can't get her off my lap!

We have one more cat - a rather vicious but lovable rescue - and a Cocker Spaniel. It's total mayhem most days.

Congrats that is going to be beautiful! Now the waiting game...so hard!

For someone who didn't used to be that much into jewellery I am really a tad obsessed....

Ack, ring will be here next Thursday or Friday, so *after* we go on holiday to see my family. I'm fretting now, not only because I don't get to see it for another two weeks but also because they haven't seen me since we got engaged - I'd really hoped to have the ring just so they associate engaged-me with ring-wearing-me and I don't feel quite so self-conscious about it.

Knowing me I'll feel self-conscious about this rock on my finger, anyway, though... Ah well.

Have you e-mailed them to see if the ring can't be sent to the address you two are staying at so they can see you with your brand new gorgeous ring? MoissaniteCo was kind enough to change shipping addresses for me when I was in a similar situation last year.

I agree with MissCassie.. I bet they can change the delivery address....

Duh - would you believe neither of us thought of that? We changed t to his mom's address but now we'll see whether we can't get it sent to my parents. Customs is going to be more fiddly but that is worth it, especially as we want to go to a local jeweller to look for wedding rings while we're there.

Thanks ladies - there are so many things going on here at the moment it is hard to sort out all the details.
