I wonder if it's the batch? If it was a little whiter I would've NEVER let it go. Oh well- someone else will be very happy with it :-)

Well I find that I'm very sensitive to my white stone colors matching.

I love love my warmer CZs. But absolutely hate when they are warmer (or likewise whiter) than the diamonds/Czs or moissanites around them. So that'd be a dealbreaker to me too. While others really like the contrast.

It's all personal preference!

Update: I'm trying again :-) After seeing other stones from the same batch (apparently there was only 1) that look fabulous, I went ahead and ordered a 9x7- we shall see. I think I may use it as a solitaire anyway- so the larger size would be more appropriate anyway. Very excited, I will post pics when I get it.

Amazing- this stone is whiter! It's still warm, but warm, not almost champagne colored. I'm going to set it as a solitaire, so not to compare it to whiter side stones- like in a halo - but I love it. And the extra size is great so it can stand alone. I'll post pics then- but there really is a difference!

Here's the new one... Its just sitting on a wax mold that doesn't fit it in the one pic...

I'm thinking about an e/w milgrain bezel... But need to hold off on this project for a few months. Sorry- pics aren't great but I think you can see the difference. It's SO sparkly- a video would help but stone is at home....

I don't know If its the size or the stone that made the difference, but it's real! Same batch too! Who knows .... But I'm happy! It's going to be the "Tuesday's Thursday's and Saturday's " E- ring. (I'm a Buffett fan- obviously- haha)
