I am brand new to this site and found it during an online search. I am just wondering how long it took for everyone to receive their order from ashadiamonds.com?

I placed an order close to a month ago and still nothing. I'm a little frustrated because I can't speak to anyone (other than a live chat) and I have no real idea of when to expect my ring.

I would normally be more patient, but we have engagement pictures coming up next weekend. Help!

I am curious what size and cut stone you ordered as inventory may be out, and is on many of the cushion cuts. I am trying to order an 8mm antique cushion and today the on line chat person could not tell me when they may be in, only that I should check back weekly.

In the past though, I have always got my stones the day after I placed the order and have been VERY happy with my Ashas!

Have you emailed them? They are usually good about getting back to you in less than 24 hours.

I ordered a round cut ring.
I did the live chat today, I feel awful because I've asked for the status at least three separate times but Elizabeth was very helpful. She assured me there was a flaw in the original casting and it had to be redone.
I'm supposed to receive it early next week, keeping the faith!!

I'm glad you know what's up with it now Jhearts. It sounds like you ordered a ring though, not just a stone, so that is the difference as I only have only ordered my stones from them and they ship immediately when in stock. And if this is your first Asha, be prepared to be in awe! I am excited for you!

Thank you for understanding. There was a flaw in the casting, and then on top of it the designer, Adwar Casting, shuts down for a week+ every year during the week of the 4th which delayed it further. We are very sorry for that, but I can assure you its given a high priority and we are going to ship it out overnight for free as soon as it is completed which should be early next week.
