Am trying to get #1 to sign on this site to discuss gemstones & jewelry with this forum. She has signed on to another site & has been bullied because some posters think her posts are mine-im not allowed to post any longer so il never try-i hope she will be welcomed if she decides to sign-on here-she appreciates the back and forth of the posters & wants to learn as much as she can-steve...By the way she types very well & uses complete sentences

Its official, MazelTov2 has been locked out of PS, mainly because of her association or married to me-nuff said but glad she is here-steve...

Wait, you guys got banned from PS? That seems crazy. It seems like it would take someone continually posting sims to warrant such a thing.

PS doesn't welcome diversity. They are quick to say that PS is a "community," which really means clique, and any dissenting opinions will get one banned from there. I appreciate that it's a marketing site sponsored by numerous vendors, but letting a clique run off all of the mature contributors makes for a very juvenile forum. I can't help noticing that many or most of the steady contributors from 2004-2007 have either left or have been banned. I also can't help noticing that the number of upgrade stories and the caliber of the Hangout discussions are significantly reduced now, too.

I don't spend a lot of time on PS unless I am specifically searching for an answer to a very technical question. I suppose that is why I don't totally understand what sort of "dissenting opinions" people could have that deviate from the majority which would lead to them being banned.

Makes me glad I hang out here, where I am welcome to enjoy sims, and I am welcome to prefer some things, and dislike others. It's the variety here that keeps it interesting.
