The greens are native, and an ebay seller has some called "sky blue". The greens are still pretty available I believe, at least the light green, but the blue is quite limited and only available from that one ebay seller as far I know.

If I recall correctly, I do believe all the colored stones that have been grown were accidents that they have been so far unable to replicate.

It is true that it was an accident. What I learned a little while ago is that although they do know what impurities caused it, to do it again would be a very costly experiment (especially since C&C doesn't grown the rough, CREE does).
