I wanted to post about this product, recommended to me by Dana (THANKS Dana!) The holes in my pierced ears are very stretched. They were done when I was a baby and got infected frequently when I was young. Add to that heavy earrings and I was left unable to wear dangle earrings frown

Found at Claire's for $12cdn (so probably cheaper in the states)

My lobe:

Earring without support:

With support:

You can see a bit of the patch hanging down (they're quite large) so it could be cut down a bit to fit better. I wore the earrings all day and the patches stayed put and did support the earrings. They were actually still well stuck on my ear after 9 hours. Definitely worked well! Danglies - here I come!

PS - OMG sorry about the gargantuan pics blush

i'm so glad these worked for you!!
and thank you for sharing the review here smile

like i said when i was telling you about these before, a bit of surgical / bandage tape used on the back of the ear is a longstanding pageant earring trick (to help support the weight of heavy earrings). and these look like a pre-shaped and improved version of that trick.

$12 for 30 pairs isn't too bad. a bit expensive for everyday, single use, but for someone who hasn't been able to wear dangle earrings, not a bad investment.
