I usually buy secondary market to get the best deals too, but David has beat those prices most of the time and in my experience, if he is ever a little more it's because the quality is soooooo much better, so it's more value for the $ anyway, which makes it better priced in the long run. I have stopped buying secondary diamonds unless I find a real steal on ebay or the bistro, because David's prices have been so amazing...and he just has such a good eye. I also love that he will make sure that I am 100% happy with everything, that's a huge deal to me because Im VERY particular. I couldn't be happier with David and Amy and their amazing talent, integrity and service.
On a fun note, right now he is turning my 5.7mm oec into a pendant with rabbit ears bail, double claw prongs on the diamond and a small 2.5mm accent oec set with single claw prongs between the bail and the center stone...it's gonna be so simple, but perfect for everyday wear. I've never seen anything like it, so it is going to be custom....so excited and a great price
If he can order from a catalogue then prices are lower, really low, but if it's custom, it is a bit more, but not much and in my opinion so worth it to get exactly what I want. This will be custom
