I think your princess will look great in that, and I especially like how the corners of the halo are angled. I just really like that halo with the crispness of a princess' edges. That is very similar to what DK made for my princess and I'm sure he will do an amazing job for you, as usual!

i'm glad y'all are happy with his prices and his work, but the two times i requested a price from him - for simple things, not complicated designs - his prices were higher than what i was quoted from other places, and within a few dollars of what i was quoted from another (poppyseed!).

but what matters is that y'all have found someone you trust, and who is able to give you what you want!

I am jealous, I have contacted him twice, and not even gotten a response! The first time I thought was perhaps an accident, but no response a second time meant I gave up entirely.

Oh well, that lead me to using another vendor, and in the end I feel that was fortuitous.

Still, I love looking at all his creations on here- he is a true artist!

Dana and Iguanatan, thank you for your input. I thought I was the only one. I tried to get something started with him just recently, but there hasn't been any follow through. I sent three emails and called all three of his phone numbers, and he did answer one of my emails, but when I replied to that with a subsequent question, he disappeared again. Meh. Maybe next time.

Has anyone from outside the US worked with David? How has receiving your items been? I love working with MoissCo because they use FedEx, which doesn't charge me brokerage fees (UPS does) and they declare the value at $100, so I pay little taxes... BTD does use UPS, and I don't know how they declare value...

Anyway, I have a few ideas for custom rings, but I would love to know first if David works with customers outside of the US, and also how he compares price wise.
