I have the same finger size and personally I'd get the 4 The 4mm really caught my eye when I saw a photo of it the first time. The 3mm is gorgeous also, but I think a shank that size just gets lost under a stone as wide as 9mm. The stone will probably be a round (I'm still a bit undecided). Okay, so I have one vote for 4mm. Does anyone have a couple of good angle shots to post?

Whether you go with the 3 or the 4, the structure is the same. You can have the head integrated as well so that there is not as much height, but I love the Roseco cathedral! It works well with just about any band, and it's like butter on the hand. I believe this is a 4mm with a Solstice head integrated: http://www.screencast.com/users/WinkJone...09-1d4ab3645063

diamonds-that looks like a 4mm to me. I prefer the 3mm personally. I like a daintier shank, but the 3mm isn't *too* dainty. I love the flare and curve of the shank. Here's mine-a 3mm. I'll get more in better light.
