Has anyone had any experience with baking a ring that has colored side stones? I recently purchased this ring from ebay, it's a diamonique tacori IV with platinum clad.

Tad bit concerned I may ruin the side stone color.

Oooo so pretty! I love your ring. smile I am no help though. I'm assuming the sidestones are also Diamonique? I wouldn't think baking it would have enough of an affect on something that dark to be noticeable, but I can't say that for sure.

Hi LaLa I have her in the oven at 400 degrees maybe for an hour or so. Let's see how it turns out!

I asked about doing something like this in the past and I was told it could make the colored stones darker potentially. So, I never did it with the colored side stones because I was too scared to try. I hope yours works out for you!

Yeah.. I asked Joyce once because she had baked a ring with colored side stones and she said that if you like the color of the sides any little don't attempt to bake cause it will change the color...

I hope it turns out well! I have a few loose ChrisCZ stones in the oven right now. I think I'm addicted to CZ baking.

This is me! Delayed gratification is not in my vocabulary. Anywho I baked it 1 hour at 400. I think it turned out nice! The sapphire sims look the same and the CZ looks slightly less blue. Might do another hour tomorrow!
Thanks girls for the advice
