Ive always been somewhat over weight but I am at my all time high now. I do have very mild psoriasis on my scalp, can this affect my weight?. I really want to lose this before we have kids so I have a lower risk pregnancy since I really would love to do an all natural water birth lol I know im crazy! (great excuse for a very nice push bling present)

it can't really affect your weight, but it can be a clue in part as to why it's so hard to lose. Best of luck! I hope you have nothing but success. It can be such a challenging journey, but health is worth it.

I had gastric bypass, lost over 130lbs, and went from a ring size 9.5 to a 7.5
I don't like my rings tight so I buy an 8 and like how that fits.
Your shoe size will change too, it's odd how your body will change.

Best of healthy luck to you, Perfectring! I've lost very well on controlled carb, once you get going, it's an easier plan to stay with, IMO. You'd be better off waiting for the dream ring and getting a very nice, less expensive place holder instead. That way you have a ready RHR and perhaps a stand in if pregnancy swells your hands. If? weight loss didn't really change my ring size.I gained almost 80 lbs,and now I've lost almost 45 of that,and my ring size never changed.My rings spin a bit more when it's cold,but they don't get tight when it's hot anymore.That's the only difference I see.

I went from a size 6.5 finger to a size 5.5. My shoe size also went down from 39 to 38. It's really weird how you lose fat on your feet lol...but it makes sense.

My rings do fit looser when I lose weight. I have some rings that are so tight, I can't even put them on, but if I lose even 10 pounds, they start fitting... My feet do stay the same, no matter how much I weigh.
