I found a platinum princess cut solitaire that this guy had listed. He offered to size it for me, not for free, I paid. He did and then all the problems started! He said he would ship, then didn't. When I asked him about it, he called me a spoiled brat along with some other names, refunded my money and told me I couldn't buy it anymore. He relisted it and told me if I wanted it I would have to send him a postal money order as he refused to do business with me via eBay or PayPal. He also had his attorney write me a letter that said that if I continued to "harass" him he would sue me! Mind you all I did was ask him to confirm the ring shipped on the day he said it would and when he said it didn't, I asked him why not.
