One pm and I've done seven miles so far. Bouncing Baby Boy is taking a nap, then we'll finish the last three and 1/2 miles later this afternoon. Partly cloudy and 65F. Alabama's not so bad sometimes... P.S. Shirtless men count-Five so far today!!!! And only one of them should have kept their shirts on!!!! I'm 42, so I don't DARE run in shorts and a sports bra like I did in my 20's and 30's...Oh, the good old days! Bouncing Baby Boy goes shirtless a lot though...

30 mins of step with heart rate at about 170 bpm, then 3 sets of 10-12 tricep extensions, kickbacks, pushdowns, chest press, and shoulder press.
my weight is up to its highest in over a year (10 pounds more than my stable weight last year), my jeans aren't fitting right, and i'm hungry like a wolf - especially in the mornings.

nothing for me today! I worked all day on a contract and then went out to dinner at the Cheesecake factory.....it's a darn good thing I hate cheesecake! But, alas, I did buy a piece of fudge cake (pms-ing)and it is big and rich enough to eat on for 3 days! DH had to work lastnight, so we went out and celebrated Valentine's day tonight!!!

I love Love LOVE The CheeseCake Factory! The only one I know of is the one on Peachtree Street in Buckhead, but I haven't lived in Atlanta in five years and the city has CHANGED a lot since then.
You folks are amazing with the length and variety of your workouts! I'd be jealous, but I have this wonderful baby to more than make up for any limitations I'm experiencing!
I would like to do freeweights twice a week at the gym, and we've got several amazing gyms with nurseries, so maybe I'll go check them out next rainy day.
It's very motivating to hear what everyone is doing-Thank you so much for all of your contributions to this thread!!!!
