She asked me to post something on the board regarding customer inquiries.

If you have questions regarding the status of an order, payment arrangements, or to check tracking or shipping status of an order placed, please call Sheila directly at 800-524-7904, or send her an email at [email protected] . Whenever someone askes something about the above, I have to call Sheila and ask the same questions, but its like the game telephone. Sometimes there is info she needs directly from the customer, that I would have to play email tag with that person. Its a toll-free call, and would get you an answer much faster than posting a message on the board. Sheila never checks the board, and my work emails is not this message board. I don't want customers getting upset if I choose not to be on the BTD board for a few days for whatever reason (such as being away from home).

I have some events coming up that are going to keep me away from the message board for a day or two, and I would feel just aweful if a customer thought I was ignoring their question.

Can you set up an auto reply saying that you'll be 'out of the office' until such & such a day but will get back to them upon your return?

JK. I don't know. I'll have to ask my husband if he can show me how to do that. I already know that on the 22nd of April I will be out of touch from 1:00 pm until the next afternoon, and I'll be out of town from 6/16-19th.

Hey, I will be out of the office from June 13 - 24th. What's up with THAT???? Who's gonna take my back???
