hmmm, maybe a padparadscha sapphire has a similar tone. I don't have either and pictures can be very misleading as far as gems go, but that would be the closest I can think of. Padparadschas don't colour change as far as I know, although different lighting always shows variances.

Depends on which color it is at the time. Topaz, Citrine, champagne diamond, several different shades of tourmaline, but in truth, there is no stone in nature that approaches the multitude of colors and personalities of the Sunset.
