Absolute first class service from Klass Jewelry (Ebay ID - dkinla17buw). David Klass went far and beyond my expectations. I originally ordered one of his semi mounts and when I received it I was taken aback by the exceptional quality and weight of the ring. Buying something sight unseen is always a risk that you won’t like it once you try it on as well as you do from pictures. The only problem I had is that it just did not have enough bling for me since there were only .31cts of diamonds on this particular mount, other than that I was so impressed at the quality and the price of this setting. Since he has a return policy, I notified him by email that I would be returning it but that I had browsed through his other settings and found another one that I knew was the one but it was for a larger stone. He wrote me back and informed me that he makes all of his settings and would be more than happy to cast another one of that setting to fit my size stone and there would be no additional cost. Since I had to return the original setting to him I also sent him my blue moissanite which he offered to set for free once my ring setting was finished. He refunded me as soon as he got the original setting back. He told me it would take about 3 weeks and that I did not have to pay for the new setting until it was finished.

I don’t think I have ever experienced a better transaction on Ebay. From start to finish I was given exceptional customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone, anytime, anyday!
