Milady Milady Afficionado Registered: 08/28/09 Posts: 562 Loc: my computer	I was 100% sure I had found my Dream ring from Fay Cullen, but then I searched on Pricescope and found tons and TONS of negative reviews. Lots of issues regarding quality, craftsmanship, diamonds falling out, poor customer service, and no return policy (I knew about that, but that's a bigger issue if the quality is bad and they may not fix it). So now I'm rather discouraged. $\:$$ Has anyone else worked with them and had issues? An antique dealer that has almost flawless feedback was Leigh Jay Nacht (www.antiqueengagementrings.com); he doesn't have a huge selection on his site, but there are some really great settings. $\:$$ Before I get excited about a new company, has anyone had any good/bad experiences they are willing to share? The only thing about them in my experience is that it can take a while for them to get back to you by e-mail. I've made some inquiries and it took almost 2 wks for them to get back. They have a physical shop so I know there's a tel # there. That might be the better way to communicate w/ them. I must've missed that about your dream stting being from Fay Cullen otherwise I would've mentioned something. Yup, I've read a lot of negs about her on PS. I love her stuff but I'm not sure it worth the hassle if something goes wrong & you need service. If something is wrong with your ring, they assume it was something YOU did to the ring and too bad! Yikes! That's funny, I also read that the best way to reach Leigh is through the phone. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that people have had good experiences with him. $\:\)$

I checked a bunch of sites to get feedback and most people rated him very well, but I wanted to ask on this forum because I think you are all experts! Correct, I remember that too. She said the ring was like a paper clip! I had a horrible experience with Fay Cullen. This was a few years ago.....I ordered a platinum diamond/sapphire halo mounting, was going to set an asha in it. Well I was sooooo excited and when I got the ring I was stunned at how awful it was. The ring was so flimsy and the workmanship was awful. The sapphire baguettes were little chips and diamonds? I didn't see any. There were parts of the metal that were rough and unfinished. It was very scary. I have had better rings from QVC. I was worried about not being able to get a refund cause it was a custom order. But I called them and told them all the issues, sent the ring back and they refunded me. I would not recommend them. _________________________ BTD Moderator $\:\)$

I'm disappointed to hear that about Fay Cullen 'cause I regularly browse on her site and have a wishlist a mile long. I guess you can never tell - The site looks great and the pics do too.
