SHE GOT THE RING! Hand Shot Finally!

Ok ladies she got the ring tonight!!! And as expected she was floored and just loved it. She has been fighting pneumonia the last week or two so i wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get her out of the house tonight so I could give it to her somewhere other then just at home. But after resting this afternoon, her mother was up to watch our son, she made her get up so we could go to dinner. I had been running around all day trying to get things set up for tonight. My first stop was to out local Price Scope verified GIA gemologist  She absolutely fell in LOVE with the setting. I could not even get her to look at the ASHA..but once she did she loved the cut and detail of it. She wanted to know all about it, so I gave her a brief run down. She said the only difference she could really see under her loop was that the facet junctions were not as crisp as a regular diamond would be. Other then that she said it was just one of those cuts that a Gemologist they dream to see :)!
OK then next stop was to our local gift/invitation store called swoozies where they gift wrapped it for me in some beautiful silver wrapping paper with pink ribbon. I work at a personal training studio that has a salon and spa affiliated so I set her up for a manicure tomorrow! Figured she would want her hands looking top notch when she shows this beauty off.
She had set up reservations at one of our favorite Italian restuarants. So I went by and spoke with the manager and asked him to hold her gift until dessert. They were more then happy(I didn't say what was inside!) to help out and were excited for us to get there. She came and got me from work and we went over there for dinner. I had the gift certificate printed up and gave it to our waiter with out her knowing it. And asked him to bring it out with our dinner. Bread...chit chat...nothing much then here comes dinner. Our plates come out and then shortly after he drops the envelope off and told her it arrived earlier. She opened it and although grateful not much excitement at this point.
We finished out meal and she ordered her favorite cheese cake. They brought the cheese cake out with a candle and the gift wrapped box! LOL she asked if she could eat her cake first or open the gift, having no clue I told her to go ahead and EAT HER CAKE. After that she finally got to the box. At this point the waiters are wondering what is in there and my hearts pounding. She opened it and almost hit the floor!! We were in the wine seller so it was candle and fire lit so the colors it was throwing off were amazing! After that the waiters came around, all men, loved it! The manager came back and absolutely loved it too! So all in all it was a success and lots of fun!
Sorry so long but here are a couple hand shots. She's embarrassed cause of the way her hands look but I told her you guys don't care just wanted to see HAND SHOTS FINALLY!

awww, havoc, what a sweetheart of a hubby you are! mrshavoc is very lucky
the ring looks so gorgeous on her, and i love it with the plain band  can't wait to see the matching diamond band.

Now that's what I call an amazing date night! Congratulations to you and your bride, the ring is absolutely stunning! 
ps. I'm confused, did you just propose or are you two already married?
