My sparkle pink ones, which were the limited edition ones, ran small and did not stretch. They have held up ok after 18 months with lil glitter loss on the toe. I have woven ones that have a gold woven in and they stretched a bit and felt a half size bigger, look new still. The last pair are the sequins ones not the glitter, and they have stretched and the toe sequins are gone. They used to not make half sizes but now they do so order true to size, unless you have a narrow or size AA then I'd go down a half size in non glitter styles.

i think that depends on how you wear 'em. i have a friend who has, i dunno, maybe a dozen pairs of Toms? and some of her oldest ones are a good three years old now, i think. she rotates 'em, plus wears other shoes, so none of 'em show their age.

but someone else i know, who wears the same Toms every day... goes through a couple of pairs a year.

i want some, but as i have Fred Flintstone feet... i don't think they'd fit me. and since nobody locally carriest 'em, i can't just go try 'em on.

I bought my daughter a pair of the black cloth style only a few months ago. They are ruined. The soles are coming apart and the toes are wearing through the material

I am very frustrated, as they are not cheap shoes.

the terrible reviews I'm hearing are all from kids sizes. do they use different materials for the kids shoes?

Sorry! I only saw this now...... they are definitely true to size. I have bought all my pairs in my size and they have fit perfectly. They do stretch a bit with wear, but not enough to warrant going down a size.






Not true in our case!! My daughter has worn her pink sparkly ones almost every day for over a year and they're still fine. They look a little stretched, but the sparkles have not worn off anywhere, and none of the stitching has come loose.

My wedges are worn 3 or 4 times a week, and they still look as good as the day I got them. I have had to "wash" the canvas once or twice to remove some dirt, but they still look great.

YES! My kiddo has these and I returned them and replaced them with the same style. The news ones did the same thing. It's just that particular fabric that was only used in the kids shoes. I'm certain they won't continue with this fabric in the future. Maybe try and exchange them for a different fabric?

BTW, kids sizes only come in whole sizes and adults now come in half sizes.
