IMO there is not that much difference between a 7.5mm and 8mm. Go for the 8mm! smile

I am still looking for someone who has this set or something similar. If you are out there, let me know! I would love to see your pics smile

MoissaniteCo styles:

eng835 (just the e-ring)
wed483 (wedding set)

There is also a smaller version:
eng151 (the e-ring)
wed147 (wedding set)

I tried 7.5mm and 8mm in a jewellery store. The 7.5mm looked perfect, 8mm looked way too big on my hand. They were both solitaires with wide shank. Mind you with 4mm side stones, it will look different. Unfortunately, there was not a single setting with side stones in the store. They all looked like holders to me.

Hi Rusalka,

That's a very pretty ring. Have you seen this?

http://www.diamondnexus.com/elise.html

If it's not the same, it's close. My eyes are blurry from allergies today.

Good luck!

Thank you for posting that. It is the same style but a smaller carat weight. We can make this carat weight too (it will be an option soon on the website)

And with much more beautiful stones. DN was one of the first places I stumbled upon while looking for a ring. So happy I found this forum soon after.

Hi Rusalka,

So glad that helped. I would have replied more quickly but I couldn't remember where I had seen it. It really is a beautiful ring and I know what it's like to search everywhere for any sort of a photo or video of a setting. It can make you crazy!

KatherineC, this forum is certainly special! I found great information for my ring project and it helped to narrow down my choices.

No worries, since I couldn't find a real life ring I had time to change my mind, lol. I also gave up on the vendors. My e-mail got caught in the spam filter a couple of times and I was getting confusing information from the on-line chat. I realized I prefer to work one-on-one with someone without the middle man.

I loved DN video & those flawless looking stones but I've always wanted moissanite. I've decided on a custom work that has flowing lines connecting the tulip head and the shank. I will still buy other things "off the rack" later on down the line but more for fun jewelery where I don't have to worry about any changes/adjustments. E-ring is way too important smile
