Amen to that morning glory! I was hoping that a moderator would have stepped in. In my opinion your suggestions should be a forum rule with regard to reviews. Others comments are unnecessary in this type of thread no matter who the vendor.

A review of a piece from a vendor is just that, a review. CM has posted her experience in line with the template set out in this thread:

Poppyseed has responded and provided an explanation.
Others have stated their experiences, good and bad. It is time now to let this rest. The moderators have been watching this thread, hoping that everyone would act like adults and our input would not be needed.
Let's let this one die a natural death and move on to other topics. If anyone wants to continue their conversations with CM or Poppyseed, use PMs.

I think the majority of people will agree that Amcor's strong point is their customer service and prices. No one is debating that. Their custom work is the issue here, and it's not the first time.

People can defent Amcor as much as they want (I am fan!) but it doesn't change the fact that several people on this very board have had less than stellar experiences. It is what it is. Every business has some issue at some point.


+1 This is why people are afraid to give an honest review of a bad experience. I get nervous for anyone whos ever written a bad review because you know its going to turn into a cat fight. We are all mature adults and it shouldn't have to turn into a fight, honestly it just makes me feel even worse for who ever wrote the review.
