What is the difference between the two? Are they equivalent in price? Which sparkles the most? Which is the better stone (gem)?

There are about a million threads on this. If you read the "the mixer" forum you will find a lot of answers, however it is all just preference. No one can definitely day one is better than the other for EVERYONE, but one is probably better for you.
They are totally different things; one is cz, one if moissanite. Amora is more expensive, and they sparkle different.

I am an asha girl too, I cant get over the odd colour of moissy. My Ashas are perfect and sparkle hugely. I love them It has nothing to do with price to me. Its all performance and Asha out performs moissy to me. Every cut I have owned just looks amazing. I have never been questioned. Today I went to a Day Spa and the girl at reception when I wasnt looking turned around to another girl and excitedly pointed at her left finger and then indicated to me. I didnt see the exchange but my husband did and thought it was funny so told me later. Its little things like this that make me an Asha girl through and through :P No one has so much as commented on my moissy studs! No one

I'm also an asha girl. To me they are more diamond like. I also agree with the odd colors in Moissanite and Amora Moissanite.
Buy both and compare

So I have to jump in here and stay that I'm a Moissanite girl 100% for the increased sparkle, depth, and durability. For me, this makes Moissanite look more diamond like, where Asha appears unrealistically white and a bit glassy to my eyes.
Just want to assure you, petuti, that this isn't a better/worse or right/wrong dilemma. It's totally personal choice, how you perceive the stones, and what your own likes and dislikes are.
Is there a way that you can order a loose stone of each material so that you can see for yourself which one is "yours"? There's really a 50/50 shot that it could go in either direction for you.

I agree 100% with Hadley.. I own both stones... and agree whole heartly with Hadleys description..:-)).. that's the way my eyes see and compare Moissanite to Asha.....I love Moissanite..:-) (Beautiful Moissanite ....not the snot cast or yellow that lurks around still)

I prefer moissanite and I have had both.
I think moissy has more depth than asha and I also feel that asha is too white and you really can't beat the sparkle of moissy.
As pp's have said, it really is all about personal preference.
