Edit: here's some direct pics. It might say this set is private...I've set it to private to keep any family or friends from seeing my ring before Wednesday!

Anyway about the ring, 2.5ct Asscher Asha center stone in platinum. All side stones are diamonds smile.

Natural light pics - no flash:

(don't mind my manicure...definitely getting this fixed before Wednesday!)

You designed such a BEAUTIFUL ring!!! I love how all of the components flow together. The light blue diamonds really make it special! Congratulations on your engagement!

Congratulations! It is a statement piece for sure. Sooo pretty.

So you went with blue diamonds for your center row. Good choice! And I'm happy for you that you got to work with Amcor -- Poppy is so great and Alb does lovely work.

I hope you'll come back after you've "gone public" and tell us all of the exciting stories of people's reactions to that stunner. Have a ball with the shock factor! smile

Yeah I'm so excited! You guys have no idea...I've wanted this design since like 2006 haha! It's based off of a design I saw from DeBeers, except they had a princess cut center stone I believe...or a round stone.

Yes Amcor & Poppy are amazing to work with. They finished the piece early and were really accommodating with our requests and all my questions! I cheated and wore it for an hour after I picked it up today while I was out wearing errands. It catches the sunlight perfectly! ^_^

I'll definitely come back Thursday with updates! ^_^
