IMPORTANT:
Please Read Carefully
**Our order
backlog - We recently had
a record backlog of orders, but have brought on two additional
setters (very skilled ones) and that, along with additional
pre-stocking of casting parts, has helped tremendously.
We are now averaging 3 weeks turnaround on most rings
currently.

We
only offer top of the line, high-quality settings.
Any of our rings are perfectly suitable to securely hold
the finest of natural diamonds. These are not your
hollowed-out, feels like they are made of plastic rings
that many diamond simulant sites sell. These are
top quality, suitable for the finest of diamonds and we
have many customers order rings with no center stone
specifically to take advantage of our volume pricing and
top quality castings for their own natural
diamonds.

Our
casting method (for rings unique to us) is an aerospace
based process that was designed for high-heat metals and
then brought in for jewelry purposes because of the
superiority of the castings that it produced.

We
assemble your ring after it is
ordered so that we may customize it to your ring size.

We ship
free UPS 2 Day for US orders after
your ring is assembled.

Unless
otherwise noted, due to our sales volume, please allow an average of
15-20 business days (3-4 weeks) between
placing an order and
receiving it. Please do not send e-mail to inquire about
the status
of your order until at least two to three full weeks have
passed since
order placement.

We do
not accept requests or financial inducements to "rush" a
ring order -
it does neither of us any good to rush a ring
and then ship
you a ring that is less than top-quality workmanship,
so please plan ahead
and order early.

If you
have a special occasion planned that involves your ring
order, please
specify the date you need the ring by under special
instructions during checkout -
we will do everything we can to make sure you have your
ring by the date specified.
We will *not* consider any requests to deliver a ring by
a certain date after your
order has been placed.

Returns on
completed rings are subject to a 10% restocking fee
to account for lost labor and customization.

We hold
the right to refuse any order that needs to be delivered
within a timeframe
we consider inadequate for the satisfactory and
high-quality completion
of the ring.

Ring Sizes:
We offer our rings in .25 ring size increments
(i.e. 5.25,
5.5,
5.75, etc.)

Due to
increased metal costs, each platinum ring size over size 8
will
incur an additional charge of $50.
(i.e. $100 will be added
to a size 10 platinum ring order.
