With the immense popularity of the Asscher cut, we have reproduced a stunning ring to help house our Asscher Asha® - a reproduction of an original 1922 Cartier ring, along with a matching wedding band.

Ring Shank Details:

10 natural diamonds, 5 on each side of the ring

10 x 1.7mm natural VS/G side round diamonds, total carat weight of .20ctw

Diamonds are '2 bead bright set', same exact style as done on the original ring.

Shank is round, not Euro, in keeping with the original ring.
Ring width: 2.65mm - this is a very thin, dainty ring, meant to emphasize the center stone.

Our reproduction is low set with an integrated
8 prong head.

Center Prong Details:

Prongs will be a low set, 8 prong head, with the same upper look as the original Cartier. Ours will be a lower set prong head though, in in order to ensure ease of wear.

The wedding band is straight and symmetrical, the engagement ring is designed to set flush with the engagement ring.

NOTE: Due to the changes over the years in our casting companies, we cannot guarantee an exact fit if you order a wedding band separately from the engagement ring. We highly recommend ordering them together if you want a matching set that fits together perfectly.

Pricing does not include the center stone. If you wish for a completed, ready-to-wear ring to be sent to you, please purchase a stone with your order. We will automatically assemble the ring for you if your order includes both a center stone and ring purchase.

This ring is currently able to be set with either an Asscher cut (as shown in photos above) or with a Flanders cut (mounted with the prongs over the corners), or a Cushion cut.

When ordering it without a center stone, please note the mm and or carat size of the center stone stone you intend to use. We have heads ranging from 1ct - 3ct in size.

We highly recommend the palladium, it is our metal of choice as it is a pure metal and member of the platinum family, naturally white, hypoallergenic, stronger than platinum, and yet at the price of white gold. (And it helps to realize that not many years ago, palladium was twice as expensive as platinum).

When ordered in Platinum or Palladium, our 1922 Cartier-style Reproduction Ring is among the only rings available in the world that are 'High Pressure Enhanced' after casting.

This cutting edge high pressure process causes densification to the platinum and palladium yielding a finished ring up to 20% harder than normal platinum or palladium!

Due to our sales volume, please allow an average of 15-20 business days (3-4 weeks) between placing an order for this ring and receiving it. Please do not send an e-mail to inquire about the status of your order until at least two to three full weeks have passed since order placement.

We do not accept requests or financial inducements to "rush" a ring order - it does neither of us any good to rush a ring and then ship you a ring that is less than top-quality workmanship, so please plan ahead and order early.

If you have a special occasion planned that involves your ring order, please specify the date you need the ring by under the special instructions during checkout - we will do everything we can to make sure you have your ring by the date specified.

We hold the right to refuse any order that needs to be delivered within a timeframe we consider inadequate for the satisfactory and high-quality completion of the ring.

We will not consider any requests to deliver a ring by a certain date after your order has been placed.

The cut and craftsmanship is second to none

Finally, I ordered from Better than Diamond, I ordered a 1.5 Carat Asha Assher Cartier reproduction in Platinum which also had real diamonds on the shank. The customer service was sensational, Christine kept in contact with me through email and was extremely helpful and friendly. for example, I initially ordered the ring in white gold, but after a couple of days decided I wanted it in platinum as all the other pieces I had ordered during this experiment had been in white gold so I wanted to see what platinum would be like. Christine changed my order with no fuss. The ring arrived a couple of weeks later. Presentation was the best so far as it came in a dark wood highly polished box. Very expensive looking. I opened the box and was blown away. This sim is unbelievable - better than any diamond I have ever owned or seen in my life! The cut and craftsmanship is second to none - I have been mesmerized with this ring ever since. It is a unique and elegant cut which sparkles like crazy. The pictures on their site are 100% accurate. The sim has a fire and brilliance I have never seen before. You will not be disappointed in purchasing from this company. It looks 100% real I have shown this to many people and as part of my experiment have told them that it was a real diamond E Color VVS1 clarity and cost me $15000.00 (as this is what it would be if it was not a sim) I have not had one person look at me sideward’s they fall in love with the ring and want it for themselves. They encourage me to get a ring so beautiful and expensive insured as its value would easily be over 20k. Little do they know this ring only cost me only $1500.

So there you have it Sim lovers! The Asha from Better than diamonds is by far the best!

"I am writing you to let you know that I have received my Asha® Asscher
Cartier reproduction ring today. I had waited a long time to decide on the
right ring and I finally decided on this one. I have done a lot of research on
simulants ( My husband and I want to spend our money on a new house...)
and when I checked out Asha® I was really impressed. I want prepared,
thought to be disappointed because I hadn't ever seen one [diamond
simulant] that was convincing enough.

Well, let me get into the reason for this email: The images on your site do
not do the rings or stones justice! I am completely thrilled with my ring and
have a very hard time discerning it from a natural diamond. The craftsman
ship of the ring is outstanding- weighty and significant, unlike other
companies. You have a customer for life. Now, I will be able to have a great
house and my gorgeous " diamond" too."

It is so spectacular, and so far beyond any of the other rings we had looked at in the jewelry stores. It is absolutely breathtaking.

asha and a natural diamond.
